Altra CPAP Repair Warranty Statement

All of our repair work comes with a one (1) year warranty for parts replaced and the associated labor. The warranty starts the day it ships from our location. 

Things that void the warranty include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Abuse, accidental or intentional.
  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Ozone use
  • Infestations, such as bugs, mice, etc.
  • Smoke smell or stain, typically from tobacco and cigarettes.
  • Foul smell
  • Any use other than what the device is intended for.
  • Filters and accessories are not covered.

Need to submit a warranty claim?

  1. If you suspect your CPAP machine is not working properly within the warranty period, please contact us via email or phone prior to sending in back. We will try to troubleshoot the issue with you. We may request some information, such as a picture or video, to help identify the problem. If we are unable to correct the issue remotely, you will need to send it back in.
  2. Once received, we will prioritize your machine and evaluate it. If we are able to duplicate the issue and it is a component already replaced, we will repair and return at no cost to you.
    1. If there is an additional issue discovered, we will waive the labor fee and provide a repair estimate for the parts needed to fix the problem.
    2. If we are unable to duplicate the reported issue. or any other problem, we will waive the labor, however, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Please note: The manufacturer’s warranty supersedes the ASP warranty. Any repair completed under the manufacturer warranty will follow the manufacturer’s warranty policy (typically 90 days) and is not covered by the ASP warranty.
