We offer a trade-in program where if you send in your old device, we will replace it with a brand new device with a 2 year warranty for $525.00. As always, UPS Ground shipping is free. Service for warranty devices must be facilitated through your homecare provider. Any devices received will be quoted for the out of warranty exchange cost. Please note that this is for the Luna G3 Auto CPAP.

Altra Service did a FANTASTIC JOB on the repair of my CPAP machine. I was using a SoClean with... my CPAP machine and it caused the seals and insulation to fail in the machine. This place is a joke. My machine was there for weeks, when I called they claimed they didn't... have it, then found it on the loading dock. It took several more weeks to get a quote, as they were in the middle of moving to a new building. When I finally received it back, it had bad noise when turned on, sent it back, had to wait again because their repair guy quit. Oh, if you do use them, there 'free shipping' only insures your $3,000 machine for $100. So yeah, if UPS loses or damages your box, you're SOL.read more

The Manufacturer of my portable oxygen concentrator recommended Altra Service for a diagnosis... and repair. I sent my concentrator via UPS and received an email from Bob with the good news that my machine was still under extended warranty. Bob made the necessary repairs and quickly sent it back to me. The place is a little tricky to get into the address is on the side of the building as soon as... you pass that you'll see a driveway and down that driveway or two docks the first DOC is for a tile store the second one is for Altra. You have the option of backing in and backing down into their dock or you can turn on the street before them and and then turn into the driveway and come around back and try it from that direction either way it can be tight and challenging I'm going to post a few pictures to give you an idea the staff is very friendlyread more

I had an excellent experience with the people at Altra SP. My CPAP was repaired speedily and... seemingly effectively over the Xmas and New Year period 2023/4. There was a minor email issue which slightly delayed the repair and return process but I was not inconvenienced. Had to send machine back because it wasn’t fixed right the first time. I asked that they pay... shipping both ways since I had to send it back. The guy refused and said if I wanted my machine returned, then I had to pay return shipping, period. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me he didn’t have one. When I told him I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, he told me that they don’t belong to the BBB, go ahead. He then sent me a nasty text message telling me you have to pay to belong to the BBB and addressed me as “Big man”He also informed me, “We are the ONLY Certified service center” for these machines.
