We are a family owned company serving the medical equipment industry since 2010. As an Authorized Service Center for Resmed and Philips Respironics, we are able to complete warranty repairs, as well as, out of warranty repairs for their CPAP and BiPAP machines.

The goal at ASP is simple: Your complete satisfaction. We’re a different kind of repair company; one that puts the customers best interests first. We believe that our long term success is dependent on earning and retaining the trust of our customers. We are not trying to maximize a “sale” associated with your equipment repair. We are managing our relationship by recommending appropriate outcomes, even if that means telling the customer the machine is not worth repairing and to decline the repair. We are experts in medical equipment repairs and our customers look to us for guidance in addition to performing the standard repair. Was in the market to replace/upgrade my backup bipap and was delighted to find Altra. They... were able to diagnose and repair my most recently failed unit. I got it back quickly, they ran a battery of tests to ascertain serviceability. The Amazon of CPAP repair.I originally replaced my own motor with an Amazon knockoff. It was... louder and didn’t provide consistent pressure. Not only did the folks at Alta Service replace with the correct motor they notice water spots, from me, (and that I put the old motor back in incorrectly) because I cleaned the motor housing in the sink. ;), they do a full check and provide a full list of battery of Tests they have done as well as the part # and lot# of the motor.Lastly they make it so easy to ship to them. You just have to print out the label and put it on the box and drop it off. Once they get it in they evaluate the CPAP and email what it will cost to fix it. You approve it and then pay 💰. They quickly fix it, test it and sanitize it and return it. Awesome job.read more

Great service and workmanship! I've had two Resmed Airsense 10 CPAPs repaired this month. ... The first was to repair a newer CPAP with a noisy, failing blower motor. Following a great experience, an older model was sent due to a screen message reporting the motor had reached its EOL. The process from initial request for service to the return of each CPAP was a breeze (pun intended). Now I have two fully functioning, quiet devices, one of which will serve as a backup. I was told my CPAP machine was out of warranty by my supplier, so instead of buying a new one... I brought my machine to Altra Service. The next day, Bob called me and said it was repaired, needing a new blower motor (which I guessed it was). The repair cost for a new motor was ZERO! Bob informed me that the machine still had a month left on the Resmed Warranty. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Do not hesitate to send your machine to them for repair. I had a Philips Respironics SimplyGo Oxygen Concentrator that was used every night for over 2... years. My wife traveled on the planes with it and it sat by the bed and was used at night. It is very quiet compared to the big machines and will produce up to 3 ml continuous Oxygen, even on battery. It started going into an alarm state, and for a month or so we could silence the alarm. Then it would alarm within 5 min after silencing it. I contacted Altra Service Professionals and they suggested I send it to them for a regular service as the alarm means the purity of the oxygen is degraded. They even sent me a shipping label to send the machine to them. Turns out it just needed some filters cleaned, and they did a full diagonistic test on it and shipped it back to me. This company is Great, and the staff is knowlegable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend you contact them for any Oxygen needs or equipment repairs. They are the trusted pro's. The pros at Altra Service Professionals did an excellent job bringing my Airsense 10 Autoset... CPAP machine back to life. My machine is like brand new. I don’t remember it ever being this quiet . Every step of the process went smoothly, from the time I sent it back, to the time it was returned fully repaired. Will definitely use Altra again. They were a pleasure to work with!!read more

I recently sent in my AirCurve 10 for service with Altra Service Professionals after it... reached its end-of-life hour counter. The entire experience was smooth and efficient from start to finish.Being able to print out a prepaid shipping label made getting the machine to them a breeze. They repaired and shipped it back the same day, which is almost unheard of these days. The team was courteous, professional, and clearly runs a smart, customer-first operation.They’re one of only two authorized repair centers for ResMed equipment, and after this experience, I can see why. Fast turnaround, clear communication, and zero hassle.Highly recommend them if you need CPAP or BiPAP repairs done right.read more
